HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RE-CREATE OR MAKE A CUSTOM ORDER?
On average it will take me 3-5 days to create or re-create a custom order with the exception of a few factors such as: product supply on hand, curing time if applicable, creation process, and if I am on the road. If I am on the road or need to order products, the time may vary; but I will be in contact with you and give you my best estimate of completion.
WHAT IF I DON’T HEAR BACK FROM YOU PROMPTLY?
I promise I will respond to your questions. At times I may be on the road, at a show, or in a rodeo, so I may not be able to respond immediately. Please be patient and I WILL respond to your very important question or request.
HOW CREATIVE CAN YOU BE?
I tend to be rather diverse in what I can create, so I definitely encourage unique ideas and am open to your thoughts. I am always up to a challenge and am willing to try new creations. Feel free to send me your ideas.
CAN YOU CREATE A CUSTOM ORDER WITH MY OWN PICTURE?
Absolutely! I can create custom orders incorporating your own original photo. I will need a copy of the photo in a large dpi (the larger the better for quality) either emailed to me or sent through the mail on a disc. I will have to print the photo onto high quality paper for your custom order. You will have a choice of color, black & white, sepia, saturation effects, or many variations of textures. Please specify your preference. A proof will be provided to you for review and approval. (Please remember that it is illegal under copyright law to use someone else’s photos without their permission—I will need a signed permission letter from you or the photographer of the photo.)
CAN I SEND YOU MY OWN MIRROR, SCREEN, __________ (YOU FILL IN THE BLANK) ITEM TO PAINT OR INCORPORATE METAL ART WITH?
If it is shippable and you are willing, I am happy to work with a personal item to create that extra special, one-of-a-kind piece of art…..just for you.
CAN YOU FIND SOMETHING SPECIFIC I HAVE IN MIND TO CREATE?
If you are looking for something specific, please feel free to ask. If I don’t have it in stock, I may be able to locate it. I can keep your needs in mind and see if it’s something I can provide or order for you.
I HAVE MY OWN PENDANT OR JEWELRY PIECE. CAN YOU MAKE SOMETHING WITH IT?
Most likely, yes! We can discuss your ideas and see what we can come up with!
CAN I SEND YOU MY JEANS OR ARTICLE OF CLOTHING TO CUSTOM PAINT ON?
Most definitely. You are then guaranteed that the item will properly fit. We can discuss what you would like design-wise, and what specific colors then go from there to create a one-of-a-kind piece for you.
